Born and raised in Northern California, L.A. has been an avid fan of the written word since she was young. Her favorite genre to both read and write in is fantasy. She now live in the Pacific Northwest with her husband, children, and cats (both domesticated and feral). 

She has two completed fantasy novels so far. Splintered Realms is now available for pre-order on Amazon, and Isha's Fire is in its final stage of editing. 

As well as writing and being immersed in different worlds, she loves playing with pour painting, gardening, and being out in nature.
